Known and liked for years OliPost Light have undergone an absolute evolution! They have been enriched with nano-zirconium particles, thanks to which they have excellent mechanical properties. In addition, they were made in the “Zircon-CLEAR” technology, which means that the content of nano zirconium particles does not affect the transparency of the posts, keeping them completely translucent.

the transparency of the posts ensures the possibility of using dually curing cements in the canal . The light of the polymerization lamp is evenly distributed over the entire length of the cannal, which ensures a fast cement curing reaction and significantly accelerates the entire procedure. It takes just a few seconds to the next stage of the core build-up procedure.

• First; they are completely transparent and allow light to pass through to the end of the root canal. This allows the use of light-curing cement, and the cementation of posts is possible in 30 seconds – usually you have to wait 4 minutes. In addition, the light-curing of the cement is stronger compared to chemically curing cements!
• Second, they are opaque to X-rays!
• Third; improved mechanical properties despite the zirconium content!
• Fourth; the inserts are made of 100% epoxy resin. Normally it is not possible to make 100% transparent inserts using epoxy resin because the color of this resin is light yellow. For this reason, competing products use other types of resin to make transparent inserts; for example vinyl esters or polyester resin – but this type of resin does not have good mechanical properties, epoxy resin is the best for this purpose!

Reconstruction carried out using OliPost Light has excellent aesthetic properties thanks to the appropriate – analogous to natural, translucency of the material. The posts are factory silanized, which eliminates the requirement for the user to cover them with such a coating. Thanks to the content of resins with a composition optimized for composites used for tooth reconstruction, we obtain an ideal connection between the post and modern dental composites. We achieve the best effects using OliFlow Core (liquid composite), OliCem DC (composite glue) or other matching products from our offer.
OliPost Light posts are distinguished by a specially designed shape with a rounded tip that guarantees optimal distribution of forces and stresses and minimizes the patient’s stress during their attachment. Loads are distributed in a similar way as in a natural tooth – the crown part takes over the entire load, which is then attenuated towards the apex.
A system of color markings allows for the correct identification of the post diameter and thus the right choice for the planned work. High-quality cutters with an analogous color-coding system that guarantees the system user a problem-free choice of the right tool.
Inserts can be sterilized at temperatures up to 135°C if necessary.
